I reached out for help and I’m still waiting for a reply. i’m starting to regret buying this because the lack of communication is really frustrating.

The tracking never updated correctly, and I had no idea what was going on with my package. Come on now, if you’re going to provide tracking, it should at least be accurate enough to follow.

I didn’t feel good about paying here. The process seemed a bit sketchy. It made me uncomfortable. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I ordered a top from shoprumours, the fabric felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the package. The stitching wasn’t great either, and one of the seams started coming loose after I only tried it on once.

It definitely looked nicer in the photos than it did in person, which is disappointing. Maybe I just happened to get a bad one, but common sense tells me a top shouldn’t start falling apart before you even wear it out, so I wouldn’t order again based on this

I tried to exchange an item, it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. The instructions weren’t clear, responses took forever, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic answers. It was really disappointing and not smooth at all. If exchanges are always this much of a hassle, I don’t think I’d order from them again...

i was trying to check the return details before ordering, but it just wasn’t clear. there were too many vague bits, like who covers the postage and what actually happens after you send the item back. i ended up giving up, which isn’t great if you just need simple info before buying.

Delivery took way longer than I expected, and the updates were useless. After I paid, I started to feel a bit unsure about whether my order was even being handled properly because there was no clear delivery date and I was just left waiting. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

I ordered from Rumours and ended up needing a refund, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Their reply was slow, and then the money took ages to actually show back up.

I kept having to check and chase it, which got really annoying. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me the refund was just too slow, and I wouldn’t order again if getting my money back is this much hassle

I mean, shoprumours was alright for me, honestly. Like, if something is on sale, then yeah, it can feel worth it. A couple of the items were actually decent for the price, but a few things did look, you know, a bit cheaper than I expected when they arrived. Delivery was fine too, not super quick or anything, but not a big problem. I’d probably order again, maybe, but only if the price was really good. Overall, it’s not bad, just not exactly amazing value either

In my opinion, the prices were just too high for what you actually get. I personally didn’t feel like the value was there, and it didn’t seem very fair based on my experience.

I tried checking this site out the other night while I was making tea and half-watching TV, i didn’t feel comfortable using it. Some of the info seemed unclear, and the whole thing just gave me a weird feeling. Maybe it’s just me being cautious, but I definitely wouldn’t trust it with my money.

Stopped by hoping to grab a few things, but apparently the “inventory champions” forgot the inventory part. Pretty much nothing was in stock, so the trip was a complete waste of time

My order from Rumours arrived looking rough. The box was crushed and half open, so right away I was like… make it make sense. Then I opened it and the item had marks on it and looked like it had already been handled a bunch, not brand new. There was barely any packaging either, like it was just thrown in there and sent off. I waited for this order and expected way better, so I was really disappointed. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve how they pack their stuff

As someone who’s careful about ordering things online, I was really disappointed when this arrived. The box was crushed when it got to me, and the items inside looked like they’d been packed in a rush. It didn’t give me much confidence that the order was handled with care.

The top was super tight, and the bottoms felt like they were like a whole size smaller too, which was annoying because I did check the size chart before buying. So now I have to go through the return thing, which I really did not want to be doing. I probably wouldn’t order clothes from here again unless they actually fix how the sizing is.
